Special Collections and Archives is actively seeking materials that complement the existing holdings. Potential donors are encouraged to contact the Archives to discuss guidelines for donations. Also see more information on donating University records.
University Archives
The University Archives does not focus solely on the past. Archival records of the institution are being created today and need to be reserved for the future. Archives staff work with campus departments, research centers, student organizations, and other groups to ensure records of Missouri State University are preserved.
This can be as simple as adding the University Archives to mailing lists for minutes or publications. It can also involved contacting the Archives prior to throwing out old records. Many questions can be answered by phone, while others might involve a visit from the archivists.
