Library Innovation Lab

Located on the lower level of the Duane G. Meyer Library. The lab is a space for you to try out various digital technologies to make your ideas a reality.

Tools

The lab has two printers that primarily print with PLA plastics. To get started submit your STL file below. Once a file is receive we will prepare it for printing and send you an estimate of the total cost. Once a payment has been made we will queue the job for printing. When the print is completed you will receive an email informing you that it is ready for pickup. We have various hand tools that may be used in the lab to clean up and finish your print. If you are interested in learning more about creating models on your own, please request a consultation and we will be happy to teach you how.

Submit 3D print request
The lab has two handheld 3D scanners that can be used to create 3D models from physical objects. Please request a consultation below to learn how to use the scanners.
Two Cricut Makers and a Graphtec machine are available to cut out paper, fabric or vinyle. Design in Cricut Design Space or bring a design from Illustrator

Payment gateway

Consumables are charged in dollar increments. When paying choose the number of dollars for the quantity.

From the main stairs walk towards the service elevator at the far end of the hall. Just before the service elevator to the left is the entrance to the Innovation Lab. From the public elevators exit and turn right towards the service elevator.
